Pet Plan Insurance:- Whilst your dog stays with us it will be insured with Pet Plan Insurance.

Veterinary Care:- In the unlikely event that veterinary care is needed we will endeavour to use your own veterinary practice. However if this is not practical then we reserve the right to use our own vet if necessary.

Vaccinations:- All dogs must have an up to date vaccination certificate which must be shown prior to acceptance into the premises. This is in the interest of the health of all pets staying with us. The vaccination must include protection against Distemper, Hardpad, Leptospirosis & Parvo Virus.

Diet:- We feed a high quality chicken based diet. However, if your dog has any special dietary requirements and you are happy to supply their food, we will be happy to maintain that diet.

Exercise:- Dogs staying with us are exercised regularly, off the lead, in our spacious grass exercise areas. The staff will play ball with them, have a chase around if they're interested, or just leave them to wander around and explore at their own pace; every visitor is different and we are easily trained.

Dog Boarding Fees:- Small and medium dogs (e.g. Westies, Cocker Spaniels) £10.00 per day. Larger dogs (e.g. Border Collies, Labradors, German Shepherds) £11.00 per day. If two or more dogs are sharing a kennel the charge is reduced by £1.00 per dog per day. A £1 administration charge per pet is added to each booking, regardless of length of stay. Administering Medication £5.00 per week. £10 deposit required for initial booking with us. All Prices are inclusive of VAT.
